We offer property management maintenance and seasonal services. We can schedule repair on your property to keep your investment in the best possible condition.
We strongly believe in property preservation and will not "slum lord" for you. We have accounts and qualified and insured vendors from every trade.
In addition, we are able to accommodate most of the necessary maintenance requests in-house. This would include but not limited to the following:

- Drywall Repair & Painting.
- Door & Window Repair.
- Locks & Security Countermeasures.
- Pest Control.
- Roofing & Gutturs.
- Decking & Fencing.
- Lawn & Grounds Keeping.
- Plumbing & Electrical.
- Other Miscellaneous Repair.
Charges for in-house property maintenance are billed at $26/hour + materials. Remodeling costs for these services are given as estimates according to work requested.
